thats what the media does, they do it for hits. Just look at GT5, they are doing the same thing with that game, "OMG it has head lights and backup lights, and sit down for this, WORKING HORNS! AMAZING!"

the only problem is 95% of that stuff is already in Forza III, minus the weather, and time of day. Its all been done, so again im wondering what took 6 years to make.
this is a day one purchase. They have been too sketchy with the details, too many unknowns, they fill the net with bullshots and all we see of gameplay is youtube off screen cockpit shots of guys sliding all over the track and into walls like they are driving on ice.

Im talking about after the spin out when the guy is trying to get back into the race and he keeps hitting the walls because the turning radius seems to be limited to like 10 degrees because the understeer is so obnoxious. I think it was the force feedback screwing things up but still that is unrealistic and it ruins the experience.
Also notice the horrible damage, the rear bumper hangs a little and thats it, even after slamming into several walls, the side mirrors must be mad...
the under steer is at a horribly unrealistic level. The guy couldn't even steer into a turn without hitting the wall. What a waste, this game has so much to offer, but its all nill if you cant drive the cars.
I have noticed this as well. The worst part is everyone is pretending its not as issue, but the reality is these are last gen physics. The media just wants the hits, so they hype the game to no end with out doing any real analysis. The fanboys obviously will never complain, for fear they will be told they cant drive, and because they cant say anything negative about Sony.

I DO NOT think Sony did YLOD on purpose, no scandal to see here. At least not in that regards, the scandal is that Sony claims the failure rate is lower than it really is. By doing this they get away with charging people 150bucks for repairs.
